What we collect

When you use Corpoclaw, we collect and store:

Account information: Email address and authentication credentials
Chat messages: Your conversations with your coaching persona
Career data: Goals, patterns, habits, people you mention (using nicknames you choose), session summaries, and coaching insights
Usage data: Session timestamps, feature usage patterns

How we use your data

To provide personalised coaching based on your conversation history and context
To detect patterns and generate insights across your coaching sessions
To generate daily briefings and session continuity

Third-party processing

Your chat messages are sent to Anthropic (Claude API) for AI processing. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their privacy policy. Messages sent via the API are not used to train Anthropic's models.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored in Supabase (cloud-hosted PostgreSQL). Authentication tokens are encrypted on your device using secure storage.

Data retention and deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can:

Export your data at any time from the Profile screen
Delete your account and all associated data from the Profile screen. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What we don't do

We do not sell your data to third parties
We do not use your data for advertising
We do not share your data with other users
We do not store real names — the app encourages the use of nicknames for people you discuss

Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Authentication tokens are stored in encrypted device storage. Database access is protected by row-level security policies ensuring users can only access their own data. API keys are stored server-side and never exposed to the client.

Children

Corpoclaw is not intended for users under 16 years of age.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app.
